Processing of Most In-Stock Orders
We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Orders will be shipped usually within 2-3 business days.
Order Processing and Shipping
We strive to ship your order quickly at the lowest possible cost. We offer three choices: UPS Ground Delivery or Expedited Shipping or In-Store Pick Up. If you select to have your order shipped, we will let you know when your order has shipped and the approximate delivery time. Shipping cost will be confirmed before shipping. If In-Store Pick Up is selected, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is ready. Additionally, we do not ship to military bases, Hawaii and Alaska.
Confirmation of Order
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. You will receive another e-mail confirming the day your order has shipped.
Other Important Shipping Information
Currently, we can only ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally. Before we ship, we will request approval of shipping charges. A street address is required for UPS delivery. Orders are shipped out of our Cockeysville, MD store. In-Store Pick Up orders are subject to MD Sales Tax (6%).
How to track your order?
When we ship your product, we will provide you with the tracking number from UPS. You will be able to track the shipment progress using the tracking number.
Holiday Delivery
For orders to the West Coast and Texas, order by December 13th to arrive by Christmas. For orders in the Northeast, order by December 18th For other areas, please allow 5-7 Business Days for delivery for Christmas
