Return or Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment’s receipt:
Any toy item in its original unopened condition and packaging. We will refund your money as long as your product is in the original box, and you include the original pack slip. If you do not have the original packing slip, please note inside the package the item(s) being returned along with the reason. Also, indicate your original order number,
name, email address, and phone number.
Return or Exchange Process
We won’t be able to cancel or modify your order after the order has been placed. But it’s easy to return or exchange any item. The packing slip will serve as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.
Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse
- Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
- Mail the package to the address listed below.

- For the safety of the product, we recommend you use an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. Overnight or second-day shipping is not recommended due to the expense.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll send you confirmation via e-mail.
- We’ll process your return/exchange within 7 days after receipt of your package.
- For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
- Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- If you are returning gift item, we will send you a gift certificate equal the price of the product.
Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error, we can’t refund shipping charges.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us, and we’ll refund your money (including the original
shipping charges).
Collectibles Return Policy
You are welcome to return an order to us for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Also, due to limited quantities, we
can’t exchange or replace collectible items.
Special Return Instructions for Oversized Items
Some oversized items, including large stuffed animals, playhouses, riding toys may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please save your packing slip. If you need to
return or exchange an oversized item, refer to the packing slip for the correct shipping address.
