Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We can’t  accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Can order be shipped to an address different from billing address?
Order can be shipped to any valid address within the continental U.S.

Is my Credit Card Safe?
Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the  information unreadable as it travels over  the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card  information safe and private.

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card when we ship the item. When you place your order, we  pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won’t  debit your account until we ship your order. If we must cancel your order, the amount  of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card.

Sales Tax
A 6% Sales Tax will be charged only on orders shipped within Maryland.

Gift Wrapping
We offer gift wrapping for $3.00 of most items. Some larger items including large stuffed animals are not available gift wrapped. Click the gift wrap option for each item  you want wrapped. Indicate the occasion: new baby, birthday, Hannukah or Christmas in the comment box.  If the wrapped item(s) are being sent directly to the recipient, please mention that in the comment box.
